We use DHL/EMS/TNT/UPS etc to deliver our items, and it might require different shipping cost according to your location. However, sometimes deliveries may take longer during busy periods. Besides, meihelovty.com is NOT responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Processing Time

Please note that processing time differs from different styles of the dresses. In general, processing time of all the dresses will be in the 9 – 14 days. The more complicated of the dress is, the longer processing time will be. The details processing time will be marked on the product page of each dress.

Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.
